Ancient Wisdom for Modern Women - Ayurveda Self Care 5 Week Series

This 5 week group health coaching series is specially for women, and shares the fundamentals of Ayurveda; an ancient science that supports sustainable self care, longevity and optimal health. Each week we will dive into a new topic that covers the basics of this holistic science. This will be an opportunity to understand your connection to nature, embrace your bio-individuality, and learn the wisdom of your own body.


Week 1 - Ayurveda 101 - The Elements and Doshas

Week 2 - 1st Pillar of Health - Food (what, when, and how to eat)

Week 3 - 2nd Pillar of Health - Sleep (habits that help or harm a restful nights sleep, nervous system regulation)

Week 4 - 3rd Pillar of Health - Energy (input and output ratio)

Week 5 - Daily Rhythm & Routine (daily habits that care for the senses and create a solid foundation of health)


5 week series dates are on Monday nights Jan. 8th, Jan. 15th, Jan. 22nd, Jan. 29th, & Feb. 5th from 7pm - 9pm, which will take place in person at David Schwartz Photography studio - 17010 Madison Ave. Lakewood. Investment for the 5 week series is $400 for all 5 weeks. 

Although this series will not focus as much on your own individual needs, the perks of a group environment is open discussion (we learn from each other’s shares), accountability, support from others, connection to community, AND it’s a more affordable way to gain Ayurveda wisdom.
