Join me for Unity Spiritual Center’s - World Day of Prayer on Sept. 13 & 14th. This year’s focus is all about HEALING. I will be offering a FREE workshop on Thursday, Sept. 14th at 5-6pm on Ayurveda’s 3 Pillars of Health - Food, Sleep and SEX (aka wise use of energy).

According to the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, optimal health can only be achieved when there is proper balance of the “Three Pillars of Life.” Balancing food, sleep and energy supports longevity and prevents disease in the body and mind. Supporting these areas creates a strong foundation of health.
