A 5-Week Ayurvedic Journey for Parents of Tweens & Teens
You may have clicked this link because—let’s be honest—you feel a little ungrounded right now.
Parenting in this season of life isn’t easy. Your child is changing faster than you can process—new moods, new boundaries, new independence—and somehow you’re supposed to stay steady through it all!
You’re the chauffeur, the emotional anchor, the boundary setter, the snack provider, the late-night worrier. It’s a lot. And if you’re honest, it’s wearing you down.
You notice yourself reacting more than you’d like.
You’re holding space for everyone else’s emotions but have no time to process your own.
You want your kids to live balanced, mindful lives—but your own days feel rushed and scattered.
You crave calm, but your nervous system is always on alert.
Ayurveda teaches that imbalance begins when we drift from our natural rhythm. This series is an invitation to find your rhythm again—to root, rest, and remember who you are beneath all the doing.
We’ve all heard it before...
“Put your oxygen mask on first.”
“You can’t pour from an empty cup.”
“Self-care isn’t a luxury—it’s a necessity.”
What If…?
What if you could:
✔️ Feel more grounded and emotionally steady—more often.
✔️ Wake up refreshed and energized instead of drained.
✔️ See food and movement as nourishment instead of checkboxes.
✔️ Create rhythms that support your family’s nervous systems.
✔️ Be a calmer, more connected parent even when life gets chaotic.
This isn’t just about you—it’s about the energetic ripple effect you create in your home. If you're ready to feel more balanced and intentional in your parenting, this series is for you!
Reconnect to Your Roots, Reclaim Your Rhythm
Ayurveda, the “Science of Life,” is an ancient, nature-based system that offers powerful tools for cultivating self-awareness, balance, and vitality. In a fast-paced, often overwhelming world—especially as we parent tweens and teens—Ayurveda offers a steady, time-tested path toward harmony.
Over five weeks, we will explore the five elements (Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether) as they relate to parenting, wellness, and nervous system regulation. You’ll walk away with daily practices, family rituals, and embodied tools that ripple out into your whole household.
This series is not about fixing your kids—it’s about grounding you first, so you can show up for your family with more ease, presence, and joy.
Earth gives you stability.
Water softens your heart.
Fire fuels healthy transformation.
Air inspires creativity and presence.
Ether reminds you of the sacred space within and around you.
