Tween Yoga & Self Care Series


This 5 week series is all about teaching tweens (ages 9 -13) how to care for their body, mind and spirit! Holistic Health Coach, Shannon Sabol of Grateful Life Health Coaching + Yoga, will be explaining what holistic health is (the WHOLE of who you are...beyond just diet and exercise), and include topics such as brain science, meditation, anxiety and stress reduction through breathing exercises, movement, nutrition, sleep, and how to create sustainable healthy habits that support self care. Each class will include a short yoga practice and health lecture to follow. Register HERE through the Lakewood Recreation (under Fall 2022 - Programs - Youth).
