Wintering: A Slow New Year’s Eve

Dec. 31st from 6pm - 9pm at Cultivate Yoga in Lakewood (with optional pot luck until 10pm)

This New Year’s Eve, rather than rushing into resolutions or countdowns, I invite you to slow down.

Join me for Wintering: A Slow New Year’s Eve — an evening of rest, reflection, and gentle renewal designed for those seeking a quieter, more soulful way to close the year.

Together, we’ll move through a grounding, Vata-pacifying yoga practice to soothe the body and calm the nervous system, followed by a seasonal Ayurvedic workshop exploring how winter’s stillness invites us inward. You’ll learn simple, nourishing self-care rituals to stay balanced through the colder months.

With guided journaling and reflection prompts, we’ll turn our attention inward. We’ll close our circle with meditation and heart-centered sharing, creating a space of connection, peace, and intention — a soft landing for the year that’s been, and a gentle beginning for the one to come.

Afterward, you’re warmly invited to stay for an optional community potluck (9:00–10:00 PM) — a cozy, candlelit gathering to share nourishing food and quiet celebration before stepping into the new year.

Come as you are.
Leave feeling grounded, replenished, and aligned with the slow, steady rhythm of winter.

Registration opening soon!
